Another trip to Paradise--
Helios House is a dream property & we were so excited to have our 2nd stay there! On this trip we had our family for the 1st week. The 3 grandchildren loved the bunk room with 3 bunkbeds (no fighting over who gets top or bottom), TV and 2 bathrooms. The house is large, comfortable and nicely designed for privacy. For just the 2 of us for the remainder of the trip, it is a perfect spot to leave the world behind. The accolades we have for the house are almost too many to list-- The beach is #1 with turquoise water and sugar sand along with paddle boards & kayaks. The pool is a wonder when you want to get away from the sand for a bit. The landscape with the incredible flowers & trees is stunning and the garden with fresh herbs, tomatoes & lettuces is a treat. The stargazing at night is such a treat. Bertrand has put an incredible amount of thought and work into making this property exceptional with constant updating & upgrading and his hard working staff are top notch. Thank you!

Turquoise Waters
Three generations arrived from 3 states to land at the stunning Helios House with an amazing view of turquoise water and palm trees over the gorgeous infinity pool. Erin met us and graciously showed us around the house and property. There were fresh flowers around the house and a basket of coconuts for us on the kitchen table....what a difference that makes to be welcomed in that way. We were 10 adults and 3 young children and we used all the buildings to spread out for privacy for those without young kids. The kitchen is beautifully equipped. We cooked ourselves and hired excellent chefs to cook some nights. There are lovely places to sit outside by the pool, around the houses or on the beach. The paddle boards and kayaks were much appreciated. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are great. We have high standards for how a house should be equipped and supplied. Helios House exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

Even better-appointed than we imagined
Helios House is phenomenal. We loved everything about our stay. The house is even more beautiful and well-appointed than it looks in the photos. A few additional things you might be wondering about: * Housekeeping: they come Monday, Weds and Fri, and it's included in the price of the rental. We had Shirley and she's a sweetie. * Every bathroom comes with soap and lotion, and the shower has a soap/body wash combo. * Dish soap was provided * There are plenty of spices in the kitchen. * There are multiple coffee makers and even a milk frother! The kitchen is incredibly well-appointed and has everything you need to cook and serve a large group. * The pool was a bit chilly, so if you need it heated, you might want to contact the owner in advance. I'm thinking it was around 75* F, but can't say for sure. * The ocean was a bit rough a couple of the days, but most of the time it was calm enough for little kids to feel totally in control. * The reef just outside the house wasn't all that interesting. There are definitely some fish hanging out, but you'll find better snorkeling/scuba diving where the waters are calmer. * The bunk room is downstairs and has 2 full baths with shower. Enjoy your stay at Helios House. You'll never forget it!

Amazing vacation at Helios House
The house, the grounds, and the beach are FABULOUS! Truly amazing. Words cannot do Helios House justice, but I’ll try. We were five adults and three children and stayed in the main house. The view from the windows looking out to the sea across the length of the house are breathtaking. I loved the morning walk from the main bedroom to the kitchen staring out at the infinity pool, palm trees, and sea beyond. The kids loved their bunk room and the pool. The beach is gorgeous. We took many long walks and saw few people, which we loved. It felt like our beach, it was so peaceful. The location of the house is also really great, very central and in an especially nice part of Eleuthera. As the other reviewers said, the housekeeper, Shirley, was fabulous; she is super helpful and friendly. Loved having her there. Bertrand and Erin were also incredibly responsive and helpful. Very smooth booking process and always only a text away while we were there.

Perfect for our eclectic group
Perfect house for three families for a week getaway. Kids were able to share the bunk room and adults were able to have privacy upstairs. Always great to have a pool and the ocean in case the waves are rough. Shirley, the housekeeper is absolutely divine and so helpful giving insider tips on where to get food, fresh fish, and other things we needed for multiple birthday celebrations. Absolutely a fantastic house and we hope we can go back although the calendar looks very full!
