This place is the place to stay...
... when you come to Eleuthera! Ocean front private beach along with all the things you need to be on the water: kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling gear. Great snorkelling without even having to go on an excursion. The house is a little off the beaten path so prepare for a little off road driving, although it's nothing that any car couldn't handle (we were in a mini van). The host Terictia was very sweet and responsive. Shirley was wonderful and friendly and provided a lot of info. We were referred to a great chef who made excellent food 9if you'd like to hire a chef) with great rates. She and her family were wonderful as well. Eleuthera is a great place. Helios makes it even better. We had a party of 14 and all fit very comfortably. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay at Helios House immensely
The home was versatile and comfortable and the property was truly incredible. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and having space to spread out in the main house. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the kitchen had everything needed for a great stay. The ice machine is such a plus as it made packing a cooler foreach days so simple! Miss Shirley made everything easy with housekeeping every other day and the communication with Taracita and the property owner was seamless. There is some wear and tear yes, but all was manageable and easily remedied with patience. The location and proximity to Tippy's, La Bougaiunvillea, Island Farms and Governor's Harbour made everything convenient for our family of 4. Thank you for the stay!

Big Accommodating property
Had a great stay with 10 guests! House has AC thgroughout & cooled efficiently. Large open floor plan with many sliding glass doors, which allowed you to shut off areas, if desired, but yet have beautiful views from anywhere! The pool (although we had to request a cleaning) & areas around the pool were great. Had plenty of lounge chairs. It is 130 footsteps from the kitchen door to the beach - not steep stairs, so the climb was not bad at all. There were a few things that we had to work with, that I'll mention, but they would not stop us from returning to this property: gas stove did not heat like gas usually heats, took a long time to boil water, for example; water pressure was fairly weak & had to space out our showers for hot water;light bulbs out here and there; could have used someone to clear beach area each morning of seaweed that came in every night. We were told that the beach cleaner guy had quit, so maybe he needs to be replaced. We will return!

We are so thankful to have had a wonderful week at the Helios House. Your hospitality was most appreciated and we enjoyed the beach, sunrises, pool and property so much! The Sonos helped us listen to music and relax each day. The island is so relaxing, the people are so friendly and we made wonderful memories together. Thank you so much for everything!
