Paradise in Eleuthera
We were wowed by the amazing views and the the property. We went kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. We relaxed under the shade of the large cabana and swam in the infinity pool. Everything we needed was there. The expanded open floor plan allowed ALL to enjoy meals and games together. Tarahita our house manager was welcoming and helpful. We took Bertram suggestion and enjoyed Valentines Boat excursions. Would highly recommend. Also Tippy’s Restaurant nearby. The home is starting to show some Wear and Tear. Staff is aware. We would highly recommend. We made so many memories.

Incredible Spot
We were a group of (up to) 10, including a two year-old and a five year-old. We enjoyed the house, the grounds, the pool, and especially the Palapa on the beach. The house is spacious for spreading out, but has three dining areas (one outside) able to (easily) accommodate a large group. I especially enjoyed the kitchen, with double sinks, double dishwashers, large frig, separate freezer, wine cooler, and ice maker, as well as the outdoor kitchen. Ms. Shirley took very good care of us, as did Ms. Toricitia, responding to our every need, and keeping the towels and beach towels well stocked. We've stayed at several places along Banks Road, and this is definitely one of our all-time favorites. The pool, the beach, the grounds, and the cleanliness of the home were all top notch. For an island adventure we recommend hiking the trails at the Leon Levy Nature Preserve (just down the road). For the best grouper fingers on the island go to Delish just north of the airport on the Caribbean side. Thanks again Mr. Kan for sharing your place with us.

Trip of a lifetime
Our 3 generation family of 13 had room to spread out and room to come together in an incredible location. It was the trip of a lifetime.

Absolutely Amazing
We had an amazing family vacation April 2024. There were 18 of us from age 6-45 years and every person loved it. We felt totally safe and free to explore the entire length of the island and the people were so welcoming as we did it. Miss Tarictia, the house manager was awesome. Miss Shirley was super helpful as well. Miss Shauna and Mr Sonny made us a few excellent meals right at the house. Bertrand was very easy to work with and patiently answered our hundreds of questions as this was our first time to Eleuthera. It will likely not be our last!  We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend.

A wonderful holiday week!
Our family of 18 stayed in the house, tower and cottage for Christmas week. We could not have asked for a better experience. Taracita, the house manager, was so welcoming and always available for any questions or issues that would arise. Shirley, the housekeeper, was also a gem. We rented cars from Barry Cadet. The cars were in rough shape but the customer service was good. We had Shauna cook three meals for us during the week, that was such a treat! We ate at Tippy's, Bougainvillea and Buccaneer Club. All were fantastic meals! Even though the weather was a bit cold and windy, we walked the beach, went to Harbour Island for the day, checked out the caves and blue hole in Rock Sound. We all enjoyed our time, from the 10 year old to the 75 year old!.
